The Manhattanization of Las Vegas Real Estate!

Back in 1998, two key developers introduced the idea of high rise living to Las Vegas real estate. The projects were Turnberry Place and Park Towers. They both were a big success and started the buzz about high rise living in Las Vegas! The concept of high rise living just spread like wild fire with proposals for not only traditional high rise condos but also mid rise projects off the Strip, condo-hotel concepts, and New York style loft projects. Over 50 projects have been proposed, and while they may not all be built, many have already sold out all reservations and or are under construction. Almost 17,000 units in over 100 buildings have been proposed and there are sure to be more to come. The Manhattanization of Las Vegas real estate is going to change the landscape of the valley forever!
